In keeping with the constant transformation of our country, Stadler & Swart Inc. has embarked on our own journey of transformation. The firm appointed its first female director and shareholder of colour in 2020 and has since taken great strides towards establishing and maintaining a business plan that will empower, enrich and uplift previously disadvantaged minorities.

In the spirit of transformation and in line with our contributions towards the Skills Development and Socio-Economic Development elements of our B-BBEE Scorecard, Stadler & Swart Inc undertook to establish the Stadler & Swart Leadership Academy. The Academy is aimed at empowering young women of school-leaving age by providing them with invaluable personal and life skills to embark on their career journeys by mainly helping them to identify their values and life purpose. We use the Brightstar Lifestyle Programmes to help us achieve this, with Zenariah Poole (Director) being an avid facilitator of the Brightstar Life Programme herself.

Since its establishment, the Stadler & Swart Leadership Academy has partnered with various institutions including George High School, South Cape College (George), Willowmore Secondary School as well as Batavia School of Skills (Cape Town) and shared invaluable personal development tools with the young ladies in attendance.

Stadler & Swart Inc. has also become a friend to Christina’s House of Hope, a foster home in Willowmore, by making various contributions in aid of the day-to-day needs of the children at the home.

The firm has successfully managed to maintain a level 1 B-BBEE rating for the past two consecutive years.
